We offer a range of diagnostic and therapeutic solutions designed to help you manage your health proactively. Rather than list all possible offerings, think of it this way: Dr. Breaux can order and prescribe as any physician can, within his scope of practice, which includes most advanced diagnostics, prescriptions, and concierge level access to routine and urgent care.

There is a core set of tests we do once yearly and others more frequently. There are additional tests we consider based on your unique health status.

As an annual member, you also gain access to a partner dietician, health coach, and exercise physiologist on a predetermined basis.

We use a human-centered approach that is built on trust, informed with data, and driven by individual context. This is not the volume diagnostics business. This is not a supplement store or a pill mill. This is a professional partnership for personal empowerment, not for scale or investors.

The annual membership fee covers a core service package of biomarker tests, data monitoring, interpretation, planned and as-needed physician visits, referrals, and consultations with a dietitian and exercise physiologist.

Pricing will be discussed on your discovery call. If you are seeking a shorter term service, it will be based on your specific needs.

Breaux Medical will be your primary physician. We do not accept insurance, however, so we do not fully replace insurance-based care. It is strongly encouraged for you to have insurance and use it for acute illness (emergency and urgent care) and routine preventive services such as vaccines and covered screenings (e.g. colonoscopies, mammograms, Pap smears, etc.)., for which Dr. Breaux can order and refer. 

Breaux Medical is designed for proactive and personalized health management, beyond population health, providing insight into your silent risk factors, health trajectories, and ongoing evaluation of the lifestyle and medical interventions we implement. 

Executive physicals can be far more comprehensive than routine physicals, but they are still only single snapshots in time and therefore quite transactional. They often lack context as well, leaving open the interpretation layer best done with a physician who knows you. Many executive physicals also include testing that is not useful but easy to charge for. 

Breaux Medical goes far beyond a single set of tests or generic testing by providing precise and relational care over time. This includes baseline and ongoing monitoring for trends and assessment of lifestyle and therapeutic interventions. Advanced testing options require thoughtful consideration and counseling to decide and interpret within your unique context. 

Nutritional supplements are a regular consideration in many care plans. However, Dr. Breaux believes they should be supplemental to a solid foundation and tailored to each individual.

The same goes for hormone therapy— an option that may be considered for the unique individual.

Dr. Breaux does not prescribe any pharmaceutical not approved for human use.

We are a part of the Ultralight network of direct care private medical clinics. We use a next-gen EHR for all visits which are done via Telemedicine.
